Girl, 15, beaten then raped
A fifteen-year-old girl was beaten before she was raped by her neighbor in sitio Navarra, barangay Canhabagat,
SPO1 Roland Reyes said that before the incident, the victim and two of her friends attended a disco in that sitio.
After her friends left early, the alleged assailant identified as Patricio Book Jr. approached her and offered to accompany her going home.
“Ang suspetsado daling niduol sa biktima unya mitanyag nga ihatod sa pagpauli apan nibalibad man siya,” Reyes said, adding that the victim declined the offer but the alleged assailant followed her anyway.
Upon reaching a grassy area, Book punched the victim in the abdomen and raped her when she was incapacitated.
