Cebu to experience cold winds, rains this month says Pagasa

It will still be cold and rainy in Cebu and in the neighboring provinces this month according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration in Mactan.

PAGASA weather observer Armando Danag said Cebu would still experience rains brought about by the easterly waves but the amount of rainfall would be less than the earlier period.

Cold weather will also prevail in this month according to the weather bureau because of the north easterly winds.

Puerto Princesa City, Bacolod City, Cebu, Tacloban, Cagayan de Oro, Davao and Zamboanga City are expected to have cloudy weather with rain showers and thunderstorms this month, added the weather bureau.

Visayas and Mindanao, particularly the eastern portions, would have rainy weather while some provinces would continue to experience cloudy and dreary weather.

This weather condition is expected to last until the 28th and that rainfall will continue to pour in the next coming weeks.   — Jasmin R. Uy/QSB
