Seven teenagers were reported to have robbed an Internet café inside a subdivision in barangay Nangka, Consolacion yesterday dawn.
Twenty-one-year-old Ronnie Avila, a cashier of the Internet café told the Consolacion Police that the masked robbers divested him and all the customers of their money, cellular phones, and pieces of jewelry.
Avila said the robbers were still minors, or about 17 years old, and that two of them carried guns while the rest had knives.
A robber pointed a gun at him while the robber’s cohorts took the P2,800 cash proceeds from his drawer then took the other valuables from the customers.
Town policeman, PO3 Norberto Cejas said the robbers casually walked out of the café immediately after the robbery but the policemen arrived at the scene 10 minutes later.
