Gov’t warned vs importing medicines

A 24-year-old farmer was shot dead by an unidentified man just outside his house in sitio Luyo, barangay Adlaon Saturday evening.

The fatality was identified as Jerry Condiman, who just came from his farm when the assailant appeared and shot him in the head.

Homicide investigators learned through the victim’s wife, Helen, that her husband was about to enter their house when she heard a gunshot.

When she went outside to check, she saw her husband already slumped on the ground and bleeding from a gunshot wound in the right side of the head.

Police have yet to identify the assailant because no witnesses have stepped forward to identify the killer or shed light on his motive.
