The period covered is the past 6 years, 2001-2006.
The criteria for evaluation include performance, observable or manifested attributes, professionalism and integrity, loyalty to government service, excellence and courtesy.
The heads of national government agency or any of its instrumentalities, heads of government organizations, local government unit heads, or heads of corporations, state colleges and universities may nominate their candidates for the Search. The agency may endorse at most two employees.
