VECO skeds brownouts in Minglanilla, Naga today

Power outages will hit some parts of Minglanilla and Naga towns today as the Visayan Electric Company will upgrade lines there.
VECO said a 12-hour brownout, which will start at 5 a.m. and will last until 5 p.m., will affect a portion of barangay Tungha-an (including BM Bakeshop, Carmenville Subdivision, Minglanilla Meeting House, Our Lady of Holy Rosary Parish, Primativo Compound and The Sisters of Mary) and a portion of barangay Inayagan (including Cebu Cambridge Footwear, Inc., Inayagan Brgy. Hall, Inayagan Elementary School, Jimcon Enterprises, Saint Joseph Village, sitio West and Wamed Subdivision). A portion of barangay Tuyan in Naga will also be affected which includes Boogy Store, Delpin Senor Milling, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Lalay Carenderia, Mountain Funeral Services and SJB.
Meanwhile, a one-hour brownout from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m and at 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. will affect a portion of barangay Lipata (including Belmont Subdivision, Country Side Village, Kingswood Subdivision, Linao Barangay Hall, Lipata Elementary School, Meadowland Subdivision, Spring Village and VEL-PAL 1 & 2 Subdivision), a portion of barangay Tungkil (including DECA Homes, Habitat Homes, NGO Siok Factory, Saint Jude Village, Tungkil Elementary School, Villa Feliza), portion of barangay Calajoan including Jordan Enterprises, Minglanilla District Hospital and Pepsi Cola, Phil.), a portion of barangay Tiber (along Caballero St., including Celestial Memorial Park, Edaville Subdivision, Granite Industrial Corp., Petron Gas Station, Roman Catholic Memorial Garden and UV Minglanilla), a portion of barangay Poblacion (including Minglanilla Central School, Minglanilla Public Market), a portion of barangay Tungha-an (including Aboro Hills, Amores Subdivision, DECA Homes, Mary Help of Christian School, Spring Wood Village and Tungkop Elementary School), and some parts of barangays of Tubod, Cuanos, Manduang, Vito, Tungkop, and Guindarohan in Minglanilla.
