Indian moneylender robbed

An Indian moneylender was robbed by two men in sitio Pulang Yuta, barangy Looc, Danao City, last Thursday afternoon.
The victim was identified as Jimmy Singh, 37, presently residing in Consolacion town.
Police said that at around 5 p.m. that day the victim was collecting payments from his customers in his lending business at the said place when two men on a black Honda motorcycle with plate number GM-3627 stopped beside him.
The passenger, whose face was covered with a piece of cloth, approached him and then held a screwdriver against him, demanding his money.
The driver of the motorcycle also showed Singh that he had a gun tucked in his waist and the moneylender had no choice but to give his P1,500 cash, Nokia 1100 cellular phone and wallet containing important documents. - Norvie S. Misa
