But Criminal Investigation and Intelligence chief Supt. Pablo Labra said there is nothing illegal in this and it does not automatically mean guilt on the part of the said policeman but this could be used against him.
"It does not necessarily mean guilt, but it can be taken against him, ang ato lang ana kung wala siya'y gitaguan he must go, " Labra said.
