Posters showing photographs of at least 20 of the country's most wanted robbers were recently distributed among police stations in Central Visayas.
Police Regional Office chief of operations and plans division, Sr/Supt. Carmelo Valmoria, earlier ordered provincial and city police directors and other support units in the region to display these posters in all police stations and posts.
This would put on alert each police unit against these notorious robbers who might be hiding in Cebu and other provinces, and might have victimized people already, Valmoria said.
Members of the Colangco, Parojinog, and Kuratong Baleleng groups-who have been believed to be operating in various parts of the country-are on top of the gallery of photos in the circulated posters.
But the wanted robber with the biggest reward for his capture is Jaime "alias Jimmy" Huab Gonzales, of the Lugnasin Group, with P500,000 on his head.
Next with P50,000 reward is Diosdado "alias Boy Alperez or Pikot" Nobleza Alperez, of the Alperez Group and the Francisco Sub-group with robbery cases in Cebu and Dumaguete cities. There was no reward money stated for the rest of the wanted men in the posters.
Members of the Colangco Group are: Jenevie Mendoza Calonod, Reynaldo "alias Toto" Camino, Rey Tulabing Noquiao, Dolphy "alias Bogart" Nepomuceno Cochoco, Roy Gilbert "alias Ampang or Mata" Colangco, Analie Colcol Cabigon, Rudy Mofan Paler, Teresita "alias Desa" Rivera, Edgar "alias Epong or Ray-Ray" Ebanes Jorolan, Albert Torres, Leonardo Omana Tabasan, and Antonio Gonzales Solis.
Another is Eduardo Antonio "alias Eddie or Kit" dela Cruz, who has been listed also as member of the Amistoso Group, which also includes Rodolfo "alias Dagdag or Samo Hung" Waya Amistoso.
Members of the Parojinog Group are Randel Llanos and Aylon "alias Allon or Marlon Par or Al-al" Parojinog.
