A bakeshop along the National Highway in barangay Corazon, Catmon town, lost more than P14,000 to thieves last Sunday morning.
Ayelet Bakeshop in-charge Ellein Tagbilaran said they only noticed that the cash vault of the bakeshop had been taken along with the P14,000 it contained. The thieves also had the audacity to take the wallet of baker Mario Roble who was asleep in the bakery at the time.
PO3 Arnel Fruta said it might have been an inside job as there were no signs of forced entry, they also suspect there were at least two men behind the crime. Fruta also said they might know who is behind the crime but cannot yet identify him pending further investigation. - Norvie S. Misa
