The annual search for Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines or TOSP was launched on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of Philippine national hero Jose P. It is an annual search for exceptional students and aims to recognize graduates from colleges and universities around the country who display firm moral convictions as well as exemplary performance in academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and community service.
