Man, arrested for theft, has 3 packets of shabu

For a theft charge, 25-year-old Willy Dungog Torbiso was arrested in his place in barangay Canjulao, Lapu-Lapu City last Monday evening but he fell into additional trouble when arresting policemen found him in possession also of three packets of shabu.
City policemen, SPO1 Remegio Ngujo and PO2 Ranilo Valiente, arrested Torbiso through a warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Venidecto Cobarde.
But when they frisked Torbiso, they found from the suspect three packets of a substance they believed could be shabu.
Torbiso is now detained at the Lapu-Lapu City Police stockade pending the filing of appropriate charges against him. -Norvie S. Misa
