Naga cops nab 4 men buying shabu

Four men were arrested in the act of buying packets of shabu from a pusher in barangay Tuyan, Naga town while most people were at the cemeteries late afternoon of All Saints' Day.
Naga Police chief Renato Malazarte told The FREEMAN that the suspected pusher escaped while the four suspected shabu buyers were Welter Ragasa, 21, Freddie Alingalan, 24, Francisco Cardenas, 20, and Luciano Aliganga.
Malazarte said seven packets of shabu, worth P100 each, were also confiscated from the four men. - Ferliza C. Contratista
