Gullas answers Tomas on SRP issues

Mayor Tomas Osmeña calls me a certified documented liar. I would have let it pass without comment because I know who I am and I am one hundred percent certain that there is no iota of truth to the evil picture that Osmeña has painted of me.
I do happen to know the real Tomas Osmeña and in the light of what he did to my humble person, I feel that the time has come to discuss it publicly. I had hoped that his near brush with death had endowed Osmeña with a little humility. It seems, however, that the fellow couldn't recognize humility - and Christian charity - even if he bumps into it.
It's the alcohol, probably. Uncontrolled and heavy intake of the substance on a regular basis can cause serious damage to one's thought process or sense of security. Osmeña's bullying can be ascribed only to his grave insecurity.
Alcohol can also cause the taker a distorted sense of reality. Osmeña thinks and behaves as if he is God's gift to the Cebuanos and woe unto him who dares cross his path.
This is what happened in my case. Osmeña took my position to defend Talisay City's territorial integrity as a personal affront and has been insulting me at every opportunity. If Osmeña is so certain about his position why doesn't he just leave it for the courts to decide?
Osmeña also says I lied because I did not have in fact conceptualized the South Reclamation Project saying it was the late Pres. Sergio Osmeña Sr., who did so.
I have no intention of grabbing any honor from Don Sergio, who, unlike his grandson, was a very decent gentleman. Granting, however, that it was Don Sergio who first thought of the project when I was still a basketball coach, who put flesh into the plan and pursued it relentlessly?
Osmeña's "documented certified liar" did it in his capacity as governor of Cebu and chairman of the Regional Development Council for Central Visayas. Either the mayor conveniently withheld this fact or he really did not know because at that time, he was busy selling kitchenware in the United States.
