PNP chief Arturo Lomibao is expected in Cebu tomorrow for the ceremonial groundbreaking activity of the soon-to-be-built Community Police Action Center or Compact in Santa Fe town, Bantayan Island, Cebu.
But before proceeding to the said island, Lomibao will first drop by the Archbishop's Palace to make a courtesy call to Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal -his first time since he was appointed PNP chief last March.
Lomibao might also hand the posthumous award to the respective families of slain policemen PO2s Armando Juegos and Oliver Jamboy.
Roderos said the PNP shelled out P1.5 million for the Compact project in Santa Fe and hopes that the local government unit will also donate another P1.5 million so that a bigger and better building could be built in the area. - Ryan P. Borinaga
