Man, 22, stabbed

A driver of a motorcycle stabbed his passenger in the buttocks for no apparent reason after both had gone riding around barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday dawn.

SPO2 Rolito Jumao Inihao-as and PO1 Antonio of the Homicide Section said Allaine Amimita, single, and a resident of barangay Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City was standing along the highway in Mandaue City, when a motorcyclist invited him for a ride.

While in Marigondon, the driver got off the motorcycle to relieve himself and then returned only to stab Amimita. The driver took off without Amimita. The wounded Amimita took a tricycle to get to a hospital.
