Saudi national arrested for "bribing" 2 Tedmen

A Saudi Arabia national was arrested after he allegedly tried to bribe two members of the Traffic Efficiency for Development and Management who arrested him for reckless driving along the national highway in barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City the other day.
Abdullah Sultan, 36, married, a resident of sitio Landing, barangay Catarman, Liloan, Cebu is detained at the Station 4 in barangay Casuntingan after attempting to bribe two traffic enforcers with P200.
Initial investigation conducted by policemen at Station 4 disclosed that at around 7:45 am last Monday, the suspect was driving a multicab with plate number JBS-956 along the national highway in barangay Maguikay.
When he allegedly committed a traffic violation, traffic enforcers Constancio Besabella, Jr. and Allan Frias apprehended him.
They told Sultan that he committed a traffic violation by driving recklessly. The traffic enforcers asked assistance from the police in Station 4 who arrested Sultan.- Jose P. Sollano
