A Taste of Special Dining
CEBU, Philippines — As a training restaurant, Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) Cebu’s Illumine offers only the best, highlighting the fine points that make casual or white tablecloth dining a special experience to have.
Located at the ground floor level of MIHCA’s Cebu campus located along F. Ramos St., the resto is basically where soon-to-be maître d’s and culinary maestros get to wow diners early on in their training, as it now regularly opens its doors to diners for lunch.
Featuring a diverse range of European and American dishes, set menus composed of soup, salad, main and side course dishes and dessert can be partaken by diners with gusto. Examples of such highlights would include braised porkloin, buttered fish fillet w/ hollandaise sauce, meslun salad w/ pomelo and sesame dressing and more.
Matching its novel menu choices is the resto’s good service, a quality which emblemizes MIHCA’s stamp of quality as a leading hospitality training institution.
More information on Illumine’s regular lunch menu and MIHCA is hosted on MIHCA’s official online channels. YRST
