Lapu-Lapu City “Tourism Nite 2016”

CEBU, Philippines - To give due recognition to the tourism sector that has contributed much to the economy and image of Lapu-Lapu City as the Historic Resort City, the Lapu-Lapu City Tourism Office held the “Tourism Nite 2016 : Island Fiesta” on November 15, at the Hoops Dome Lapu-Lapu City.

It was one way of showcasing and thanking the different stakeholders in the tourism industry of the city, in time for the celebration of its annual fiesta in honor of the Lady of the Rule.

Since its inception eight years ago, the Tourism Nite has been a sought after event. 

Signature dishes from celebrated resorts like Plantation Bay, Crimson Resort Hotel, Waterfront Airport Mactan and Shangri-La Resort and Spa, among others, greeted guests and took them on a culinary journey, showcasing what the participating resorts have to offer, including entertainment numbers that added up to the Island Fiesta vibe of this year’s Tourism Nite.
