Sabores de España - year 9

The history of flavors explodes as Marco Polo Plaza Cebu brings the richness of Spanish gastronomy to the city!

Last April 1 to 10, the distinctive cuisine that has influenced the Filipino cooking was launched through "Sabores de España: Viva Madrid." The launch was headed by Cebu's authority on Spanish cuisine, Ms. Gemma Pido. The Marco Polo team of culinary experts whipped up a delectable spread of Spanish dishes that included Jamon Serrano, Seafood Paella, Fabadas and leche frita.

Topping up this Culinary Journey was the CALLE DE TAPAS at Cafe Marco, where an array of Spain's most famous tapas were served. This was in support of the nationwide festival - Flavors of the Philippines.

It looks like nobody missed out on this Culinary Journey of Marco Polo's yearly events because as they say in Spain: "Good food is a way of life!"
