CEBU, Philippines – Making guests feel at home while away from home has been the corporate mantra at Quest Hotel Cebu. And this holiday season the hotel steps up its signature quality service and hospitality by providing an atmosphere fit for everyone to enjoy.

There’s a life-size gingerbread house in the hotel lobby, filling the hallways with a whiff of Christmas. Various Christmas sweets and goodies are displayed at the gingerbread house. The hotel’s Bread Library also offers Quest’s well-loved, daily freshly-baked breads. Filipino favorites abound, too, such as pastillas or the popular raisin roll or ube bread, or Christmas staples like fruitcake, panettone, mini gingerbread houses, or apple cinnamon cookies.

Daily lunch and dinner buffets at Puso Bistro and Bar also get a holiday makeover, with international recipes from neighboring Singapore and Malaysia, as well as other beloved cuisines from the Middle East, the Western hemisphere, and the Mediterranean.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Quest bring special favorites to the dining table. The Noche Buena Mass on December 24, at 8 p.m. on the 6th floor, is followed by a feast of glazed ham and turkey carvings to satiate holiday cravings. And then, on the December 25, Santa gives out sweet treats to kids and kids-at-heart dining at Puso Bistro and Bar.

For holiday entertainment, harpists fill the reception with holiday cheer via a repertoire of familiar pop and OPM tunes and Christmas favorites, from 6 to 9 p.m., from December 20 to 25.

On New Year’s Eve, Puso Bistro & Bar holds a countdown party to welcome 2016 with party favors, cocktails and a full live band.

To make it much more like home for guests, the hotel launches the Comfort Cuisine menu, an a la carte menu available until January 2016. The special menu consists of Asian comfort food such as batchoy and arrozcaldo, the Korean kalbechim, and Japanese tonkatsu or a sushi platter, exclusively for room service.
