CEBU, Philippines - Cebuano community models shared the runway with the metro's favorite models in a fashion show at the new SM Seaside City Cebu.

It was the Grand Opening Fashion Show of Forever 21. Held on the last Saturday of November at the Cube Wing foyer of the enormous new mall, the brand's 2015 holiday collections were presented in the event - indicative of Forever 21's thrust towards being at the forefront of the global fast-fashion scene.

Powdered pastels and neutrals rendered in romantic hues were the primary shades of the collections - with each piece tailored to form by avant garde renditions of raffia skirts, caftans, cardigans and laidback loungewear.

Characterized by streamlined conventions of popular top-and-bottom pairings, the occasion effectively expressed how Forever 21defines dressing up for the holidays this year. It was undoubtedly a fitting opening act for the brand's new store in the city's newest shopping and lifestyle complex.  (FREEMAN)
