 "Selficon" is an image manipulation app that's designed to help users come up with their own custom emoticons.

Developed by Bentfinger Inc., users of the app can create personalized emoticons that are based on their choice of photos, and then apply these custom emoticons when in conversation with friends on Facebook, Twitter, regular SMS and more.

Compatible with Android-driven handsets running on Android 4.0 or higher, making personalized emoticons is easier with this app.
