The family that brought us some of Cebu's  most-loved restaurants is once again adding to their continually expanding legacy.

The Laguna Group recently launched Parilya, a proud showcase of Filipino-Cebuano dishes and delicacies, located in the South Road Properties. Parilya is expected to become the landmark of al fresco seaside dining in Cebu - with classics such as the boneless lechon, steamed seafood, and chicken inasal; as well as unique dishes that Cebu had never seen or tasted before, such as the chorizo gourmet burger, lechon sandwich, and otap with ice cream. Some of the dishes that are sure to whet the appetite are the guso and lato salad, linarang, balbacua, grilled tuna, grilled squid, and dinuguan at puto. Plus, a number of Filipino favorites in the menu are new and fresh interpretations of traditional Filipino dishes, coming from recipes of friends.
