CEBU, Philippines - Dr. Aitor Anduaga, an Ikerbasque research professor of the University of the Basque Country (Basque Museum of History of Medicine and Science), Spain, talked about Basque culture and strategies in research methodology at the Audio Visual Room of St. Theresa's College of Cebu on February 14.

Currently in the Philippines to conduct research at the Philippine National Archives, he was also at the JRG Halad Museum on February 13 - as the keynote speaker of a lecture-forum titled "Typhoon Prediction and Earthquake-Resistant Buildings in the Philippines, 1850-1898."
