Leftover "Litson Manok" for sandwich

CEBU, Philippines – "Litson manok" - roast chicken Filipino style - has since become so conveniently available. There is now a "litson manok" stand at almost every street corner. It is not as fatty as the famed "litson baboy" - and more affordable.

As with any other delicacy food, however, the problem is the leftover - because two times out of three, there are leftovers.
