CEBU, Philippines - A proudly made-in-Cebu online travel portal had its soft launch on March 20, aiming to help Cebu- and Bohol-bound travelers get ready answers to their where-to-go questions - queries on where to stay and what to do.

The new www.pinopi.com is founded by Morth and Nicky Bulson. The travel portal highlights different lists and directories that cover Cebu's places of interest, heritage sites, resorts, dining destinations and more, apart from providing visitors with an updated directory of consulates, embassies, accommodation options, transportation service providers and emergency numbers.

It is a comprehensive online travel portal that also features travel tips and travel checklist sections, with cost estimates for food, travel, and accommodation, and other features.

Links to maps of different places and business establishments are also part of pinopi.com's featured highlights, along with a curated ratings/recommendations system for the different locations and establishments being featured on the site.

A team of travel enthusiasts maintains the site, which is currently on beta, and is accessible via desktop browsers and/or mobile smart devices, with a mobile version of the site expected to be launched fairly soon. (FREEMAN)
