Good-Luck pets in the Year of the Wooden Horse

Feng shui experts in Red China recommend that dogs be required as pets in urban homes. Why? Pets have ultrasonic sensors beyond the human capacity to detect; thus, pets function as house radars. Leading cities like Paris and New York have the largest population of pet dogs.

Pets absorb bad energies that are about to befall on their owners. Often the pet dies instead of its owner! The pet koi of a client of mine died; but her mom lived on, surviving kidney failure without dialysis!

If you are a Rat -  Have an Ox or cow or carabao, not in your front or backyards, but in a farm. A mestiza or albino carabao has a rural legend of bringing extra prosperity to the owner.  A client who owns Kamayan sa Isdaan in Quezon delights customers with his pet white carabao which he keeps beside the restaurant entrance. Rats should avoid horses as this client's experienced!  My client's business reached low points when he purchased a horse. When advised to trade it for a white carabao, which he did, sales bloomed anew.

Ox -  Get mice, guinea pigs  or  rabbit! No goats , sheep, cow, bull, or carabao.

Tiger -  Best to keep guinea pig or pigs. No pet monkeys, tiger or cats. 

Rabbit  - Lucky have with a dog. Avoid birds, roosters, chickens, or rabbit.

Dragon -  Lucky with chicken, roosters, or any bird. No pet dogs. 

Snake - Best to keep goats, sheep, chicken or rooster, or bird. Avoid pig, or even guinea pig, and snake. 

Horse -  Good to have monkey, goat or sheep. No pet rats or horses. 

Sheep - Have rooster, birds, ostrich or pig. No ox or carabao.

Monkey - Keep sheep, goat, or white mice. Avoid tiger. 

Rooster - Have sheep, goat or snake.  No rabbit, bird, chicken and rooster.

Dog - Good to have a rabbit! Avoid dragon fish and dogs. 

Pig - Get pet tiger or cat. Avoid snake, guinea pig, and pig. 

Generic for all: The best pets to keep are turtles, for boosting career and good health, Arowana fish (best if arapaima giga type) for wealth and luck attraction; dogs and Siamese cats for wealth protection; birds for happiness in old age. 

Give your pet a name like a person or member of the family; and if it dies, accord with it a respectable burial. Just remember always - a pet will teach you a most valuable lesson in life. Just as The Little Prince said, "You are responsible for any friend you have tamed!" Having a pet teaches you lessons in responsibility, as in love and care. A sense of responsibility is very important in life, personal responsibility.
