Why the greenest horse year?  It is the most plentiful year monetarily and opportunity-wise for every global citizen, Filipinos inclusive. Outrageous fortunes are there to be made, after a water (symbolizing money) snake year, that even the Philippines produced offbooks windfall cash from Typhoon Yolanda aid coming from abroad!

Efficient allocation of reconstruction and relief funds will spur the Philippine economy to soar to new heights beyond the normal results of last year.  More of the same in the economy will spur new investments and multiplier effects to benefit the greatest good for the greatest number.
