FUZION FLAVORS. Fuzion Gourmet, the newest at the Mango Square Mall on General Maxilom Avenue, takes its diners to a culinary journey to some of the best international flavors.  The ambiance resonates the Moroccan dining vibe with a casual, quaint Italian café setting to compliment the food offerings of pastas, sandwiches, appetizers, meat and seafood selections, delis/cold cuts, and tasty desserts. Fly to Alsace in the Eastern part of France with the good-for-sharing appetizer called Flammekueche, simply thin-crusted cheese, onions and bacon pie that resembles a thin pizza. Like this tart, the Mixed Grill Fuzion Style – grilled marinated lamb, chicken, pork and beef served with French fries, rice, mashed potatoes, or mixed vegetables – also appeals to a group of three to four diners. Chicken Tajine (a personal favorite) is all Morocco inside the iconic pot – chicken stew with sun-dried tomatoes, apricots and other select veggies, topped with almond flakes, served with couscous. Default snack options are Fuzion (with cilantro) and the pesto-flavored Roma (The pesto fan won’t go wrong with this!) Burgers with 110 grams patty, served with French fries and crisp onion rings.  Let your palates take you to Mexico, Thailand, France, India, Germany or to anywhere else, just browse through the iPad menu to take your pick! Fuzion Gourmet is open from  10am – 11pm  from Sundays to Thursdays, and  10am – 2am  during Fridays and Saturdays. RING MY BELL. Open the gold lid and scoop out a Blue Bell today for it is finally in Cebu via Visfood Corporation, its exclusive distributor in the country. Texas, USA’s Blue Bell boasts of its special hand-cranked flavor in rich consistency trademark of premium ice cream. There are quite a handful of flavors but 14 of them are now available in pints (473mL/each) at the Blue Bell PH Headquarters, Room 205, TPE Building, Banilad and every Sunday at  the BTC Market located at the Banilad Town Centre Lobby. The Krazy Kookie Dough –artificially flavored cake batter ice cream with sugar cookie dough pieces in pastel hues of green, blue and pink – has reaped fans who want their ice cream sweet and creamy (Your kids would love this because of its play of colors.) along with Rocky Mountain Road – chocolate ice cream with a marshmallow swirl, roasted walnuts and chocolate-coated peanuts, pecans and almonds – which the peanut and chocolate fans adore (like me)!
