Rey’s Birthday Bash in Manila

It’s always a cinch when Rey Carmelo Remonde’s birthday comes, as he shuttles from Cebu to Manila to have a double celebration. The first was celebrated in Cebu, a day before his birthday, with a selected few at a dinner at Ching Palace.

The next day, which was his actual birthday, he flew to the Big City and had a big bash at the Avida Towers Condominium Clubhouse in New Manila. The gathering was attended by his friends from the Rotary District 3870, non-government organizations, international donors, and of course, some politicians with whom he was quite identified, along with some political bigwigs during the last elections. The superb dinner was catered by Tjoie Catering Services.

By the way, Rey Carmelo being an active civic leader, is the President-elect of Rotary Club of Kagitingan Cubao. Thus, most of his guests were members of the Rotary Club of Kagitingan, Cubao and District Governor Sammy Pagdilao of District 3870. The birthday bash of Rey was a well-attended one and yes, lasted till midnight!
