Miscellaneous Happenings
Breezing into town just recently was our dear friend from Seattle, Washington, USA, Cesar T. Luna. The last time he visited Cebu was nine years ago. Now that he has retired from his job, he decided to stay put in his home in Seattle since he realized that the benefits he’ll get from the government as a citizen (like medicines and hospitalization) is only enjoyed in the US. Reason that Cesar will only come to visit. His younger sister Fe Ornopia is residing in Kansas City, USA.
