CEBU, Philippines - Cebu Holdings, Inc.’s 2.5 billion mall expansion’s topping off ceremony was held last May 7, 2013.

The new wing completes the retail master plan of Ayala Center Cebu. Adding 36,500 square meters of gross leasable area, the new four levels will be seamlessly connected to the existing building.

Located at the southeastern part of the Ayala Center superblock, the expansion is expected to open before the year ends.

The new wing will bring a merchandise mix seen to raise the bar for cosmopolitan shopping.

The first level will house premium brands such as Zara and Gap, as well as staple European and American brands, ranging from mid-priced to high-end fashion. More hot trends and popular foreign brands will be found at the second level.

The new wings third floor will be specialty brand offerings for IT, home and kids’ selections. The tech zone will be expanded to this level with more options and bigger stores keeping up with the lifestyle of the tech-savvy.

The fourth level will serve as a destination on its own with carefully selected dining outlets, a cinema, and a Chapel in an outdoor setting.

The upscale new wing will offer world-class architecture paralleled with superior customer service as an experience upheld by the Ayala Malls.

As the Icon of Style in Cebu, Ayala Center Cebu is even more confident to cater to the growing spending power of its patrons and strengthen its position as the premier shopping, dining and entertainment destination of the region. (FREEMAN)
