Pristina North Residence unveiled

The first 18 units of Pristina North Residences was unveiled just recently. The event was an exclusive intimate dinner attended by a select group of friends of Aboitizland, Inc. , its officers and vecinos.

As dinner was going on, catered by Laguna Garden Café, elegant classics were played on strings by the Cebu Classic Orchestra Music School.

Aboitizland President and CEO Andoni Aboitiz, together with company officers, welcomed the guests and toured them around the spacious model units. Actually, 70 percent of total available units were sold during the unveiling event. Total number of units for the whole enclave is 50.

Audie Villa, AVP-Sales and Marketing said…the rest of the enclave will be finished in the next two years.

Pristina North Residences are constructed as 3-4 terraced units spread over a one hectare of land. The units are designed as split levels on slots 102-191 square meters each and total livable spaces of from 150-175 sq. meters. Truly ideal for a growing family, each residence has three bedrooms and toilet & bathroom, and a carport that easily accommodates two cars. Every unit has also its own storage and service areas.

Pristina North Residences is part of the 32.5-hectare village called The Enclave, a medium density section composed of walk-ups and clustered residences. The village is located in Talamban, Cebu City.

The unveiling was of course a celebration of Aboitizland's "on-target, on-time" delivery as the units were completed within a year of their introduction to the market.
