It was such a happy occasion when the latest addition to the hotel industry in Cebu, the Quest Hotelalong Archbishop Reyes Avenue had its formal grand launch a few weekends ago.
Odessey was the night's theme as Quest Hotel gave new meaning to the famed Greek mythology, a spectacular journey and adventure of the senses to introduce the newest 427-room business hotel in this part of the country.
The guests were asked to be in purple and white to add drama to the ambience that night.
The venue was dressed tastefully with purple lighting, huge ice carvings on the buffet set-up, the exotic flowers on the cocktail tables, etc.
The popular Australian DJ Kristian Hernandez did progressive music tempo to everyone's delight while Cebuano Artist Anthony Fermin did a live painting of the Quest commemorative art piece, the night's highlight, infront of all the guests, which was eventually signed by the Filinvest founders, FilArchipelago representatives and Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, the event's guest of honor.
"The opening of Quest Hotel Cebu is a grand testament that the Philippines can offer a world-class hotel adhering to high quality standards to fill the gap of business and leisure travelers seeking friendly-budget hotels in the market. Since we first opened our doors to the public, seven months ago in February, we have been recieving great commendations for both our hotel and food and beverage services.
This has given the management team the boost to continue the great things we have started and to continue to innovate to surpass existing threshold and continue to gain the market share," quipped James Montenegro, Area General Manager.
Aside from the Gotianun family, Filinvest owners, FilArchipelago Country Manager Robert Bormes, seen were dignitaries, industry partners, the metro's social set, media, corporate clients and some notable personalities
Congratulations and welcome to the Queen City of the South! Cheers!
