CEBU, Philippines - In the dynamic between food consumption and gaining weight, the base principle behind the relationship of the two generally goes something like: if one consumes more than the total number of calories he or she burns, he or she will gain weight.

In short, when one eats does not really play a vital role in the buildup of fats, as long as what is consumed is within the calorie count which the body gets to burn on a regular basis.
