CEBU, Philippines - There is one more reason for Cebuanos to look forward to in the coming years as Ayala Land Inc. and Cebu Holdings, Inc. announced the new development at the center of the country's emerging business and leisure district – Cebu Business Park's Ayala Center Cebu.

In 2010, such a development was started with 1016 Residences, set to be turned over to its new residents in the third quarter of 2014. But the demand was even bigger than 1016, and so Park Point Residence was launched.

1016 caters to those who prefer country club living with its exclusive direct access to City Sports Club Cebu, while Park Point Residences caters to the growing younger Cebuano elite whose lifestyle demands easy access to all of life's conveniences – work, leisure, and family life.

The 38-storey residential tower that is Park Point Residences will be built in the middle of the metro's bustling business district, with the premiere lifestyle venue that is Ayala Center Cebu literally at its doorstep.
