CEBU, Philippines - Once again, the Hotel, Resort & Restaurant Association of Cebu Inc (HRRACI) brings back Cebu Goes Culinary to Cebuanos, showcasing only the best from the leaders in Cebu's culinary field.
Slated to take place come August 3 and 4 at the Cebu International Convention Center in Mandaue, "Where Flavors Meet Fun" is this year's Cebu Goes Culinary theme, to open its doors at 8AM on the 3rd of August.
Highlighting student and professional categories, Cebu Goes Culinary 2012 promises to be an active two-day event, with Cake Decorating activities, the Dream Team Challenge, Cold Patter Dessert activities, Butter Carving activities, and Fruit and Vegetable Carving activities.
Also highlighting a Lechon Carving activity, Cebu Goes Culinary 2012 intends to explore new standards in the presentation ideals of the mainstay Filipino favorite — lechon, which is a challenging feat on its own.
A Chocolate Showpiece activity and Cocktail Mixing Activity are also Cebu Goes Culinary 2012 highlights, along with a Bread Showpiece event with the theme "Toys for the Boys".
The Noodle Challenge is also this year's Cebu Goes Culinary highlight, along with the Tablea Challenge for students and the Breakfast Challenge for professionals.

Bonded in promoting professionalism in the hospitality industry, HRRACI is a non-profit, non-government organization membered by different players in Cebu's Hospitality, Food and Beverage industries.
Initiating seminars, activities and events geared to enhance the standards of quality and service standards in the field, Cebu Goes Culinary 2012 is borne from the same variables and factors which had led to the inception of HRRACI.
