I do not know how much gravitas I'm supposed to employ whilst discussing the overwhelming assortment of alcohol available but Stephen Ku, one of the owners, said The Distillery has a broad selection of liquor that is very affordable.

The popularity of The Distillery in Jupiter, Fort Bonifacio, and Eastwood and has propelled its owners to open another branch in the South by partnering with Cebu's restaurateur Jeff Uy and businessman Teffrey Ong. "This is something different to us because it is out of town," says Stephen Ku. "But people wanted to be somewhere familiar and we wanted to be consistent with that when people go to Distillery anywhere else. We have the same ambience and interiors."

Spoil yourself without spoiling the bank balance with their global assortment of spirits, whiskeys and beers. "Cebu is definitely ready for Distillery!" says Mitch Malli of The Distillery Cebu.

The Distillery Cebu is located at Crossroads, Banilad and is open daily from 5pm onwards.
