Starting with a stint with McDonalds during her college years, Rosalie Samson's experience in the Food and Beverage industry covers an international scope, with affiliations to various multinational names like Bistro Holdings Inc and T.G.I Fridays, Planet Hollywood Asia and Hard Rock Café, Seattle's Best Coffee and Global Foods Manufacturing Corp.
Inspired by the lessons she had learned from taking part in McDonalds Philippines' Basic Management Development Program during her college days, Samson has since trailblazed though successive promotions over the years, holding key positions in the operation and management of various dining destinations and venues in the world.
From the Philippines to Hong Kong, to Singapore to Guam, and then to Sydney, then to Saipan, Samson later joined Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao as Food and Beverage Manager in 2007, and now brings her expertise and extensive experience to Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino in Mactan.
"As it is in any industry, the challenges of the food and beverage industry has mostly been about finding and maintaining an ideal balance, one which fits well with different guests with different tastes," shares Samson.
