Models for all units now open for viewing

CEBU, Philippines - The compleat Ajoya experience is now available to would-be vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; property developer, AboitizLand, Inc.’s term for its homeowners, clients). The models of the five innovative home designs offered at the Ajoya neighborhood will be opened for public viewing beginning Saturday, March 24, 2012.

Ajoya is Cebu’s first and only Asian Filipino- themed community, a mid-end residential project of real estate leader AboitizLand, Inc.. It is masterplanned by PGAA Creative Design. The homes are designed by topnotch Cebuano architectural firm Archiglobal, Inc.

The community is set against the Gabi River in Cordova, Mactan Island, close to the beaches, the international airport, shopping centers and tourist attractions. It is also within a few minutes’ drive to Mandaue and Cebu Cities through the twin bridges connecting the island to mainland Cebu.

In order to simulate the vecino lifestyle, fully-furnished models of the five Ajoya home designs, all reflecting the Asian Filipino inspiration, have been set-up.

The community has a single-storey, two-bedroom, detached model called the Delan, ideal for small families. The Muhen and Haliya units offer three bedrooms in a two-storey, detached structure, with the latter being a bigger variant. The two-bedroom, two-storey duplex, called the Yumi, is ideal for retirees and start-up families. The two-storey, three-bedroom townhouse is called the Nabi model.

Sinaya shophouses are also offered as the community’s design integrates a charming commercial strip at the village entrance.

Ajoya stands out for its themed amenities, too, which, together with the residential units, are fast rising at the 15-hectare project site. Vecinos will soon see the open-type clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, children’s playground and barbeque stations.

AboitizLand Sales Manager Grace Lepiten has disclosed that there is a huge interest in the Ajoya project. She says about 70% of the residential units inventory have been sold and turnover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2012.

To ensure convenience and a satisfying experience for vecinos, the community’s Property Management Team will open its office on-site in April 2012.
