The Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Caisno welcomes French Chef Daniel Lajoux, the new group executive pastry chef and AVP for operation of Waterfront Food Concept. He has experience of over 20 years with Celebrity Cruises, having worked from being the cruise ship executive pastry chef to corporate pastry chef then corporate culinary chef. He gives the hotel great confidence that he will be able to raise the bar even higher in the pastry division, as well as other areas of food and beverage. Daniel Lajoux considers his greatest accomplish-ments his works with world's best chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Claude Troisgrds, George Berger and Michael Roux. He received a "Maitre du Gout master" of Taste award from the corporate chefs of America.
