Solinéa, Cebu Park District launched

CEBU, Philippines - Experience city resort living and discover the many surprises that await you at the Cebu Park District.

First it was Makati, now Ayala Land Inc. sets its sights on another major city development as it unveils the leading growth center south of the Philippines – the Cebu Park District.

Last November 24, Ayala marked a milestone with the unveiling of Cebu Park District composed of Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park (formerly Asiatown IT Park).

At the heart of this major development rises Alveo Land’s first multi-tower development in Cebu — Solinéa.

Led by Antonino T. Aquino, president of Ayala Land Inc., the media launch introduced a new ideal in urban development that is set to solidify Cebu’s position as the country’s newest growth capital.

“Our intent is to continue to build towards this vision: to introduce people to a mixed-use and integrated living concept where the live-work-play equity comes to life,” Aquino, who is also the chairman of Cebu Holdings Inc., said.

“We were fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to see this vision come to fruition in our major city developments, and as we continue to work towards this, we now want to reinforce Ayala Land’s presence in southern Philippines,” he added.

Evolution of one of the country’s regional hubs

Cebu has long been recognized as a regional growth center, and with ALI and CHI at the helm of its evolution, it has managed to successfully set the stage for the region’s top commercial and residential developments.

Today, the fusion of Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park marks their efforts to “bridge the best elements of Cebu’s leading growth centers, bringing ALI’s vision of integrated living to life with the unveiling of Cebu Park District.”

CPD is a testimony to the company’s proven track record of building integrated cities that offer diversity, vibrancy, and dynamism. Already recognized as the city’s leading destination for shopping, dining, and recreation on top of being a thriving business hub, efforts are now underway to integrate Cebu Business Park with the dynamic Cebu IT Park, a district that highlights the burgeoning promise of Cebu’s information technology industry.

As ALI’s vision continues to take shape, it moves to set the standard for residential living in CPD. This includes sustained efforts to introduce residential innovations like Solinéa, the most recent residential development of Alveo Land, ALI’s standard bearer for innovation.
