Thailand Food Festival
Radisson Blu Hotel’s Thailand Food Festival gave us a sampling of authentic Thailand cuisine with dishes prepared by new executive chef Marco Amarone who collaborated with chefs Phimmk Chutep of Park Plaza by Radisson Bangkok, Khun Somboon Temtananurak of Park Plaza by Radisson Sukhumvit, and Chatong Supat of Radisson Blu Plaza Resort Phuket, for the creation of irresistible Thai culinary delights from the balance of the sour, sweet, salty and spicy. The Radisson Blue Hotel Cebu in partnership with the Royal Embassy of Thailand and Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles flew in guest chefs from the Carison Group’s sister property hotels.
