CEBU, Philippines - Ayala Center Cebu held a three-day event last October 7-9 dubbed as the Pink Plate, a celebration of having a healthy lifestyle with food exhibits and cooking demos.
Mall goers crowded the Terraces to witness the cooking demonstrations from renowned chefs, namely Chef Ellaine Sanchez of The Academy for International Culinary Arts, chefs from the Philippine School of Culinary Arts and Chef Bee Luciano of The Gustavian.
The participating establishments for the Pink Plate Food Fair were: The Gustavian, Canvas, Don Henricos, Harbour City , Chef Tony, Magic Melt, Yellow Cab, Marco Polo Plaza , I Can Serve Foundation, Rotary Club of Cebu Gloria Maris, Yo-Go Boy, Philippine School of Culinary Arts, and The Academy for International Culinary Arts.
At the same time, performances from Skankin’ Brews, The Wonggoys, Ms. Gayle Sinadjan and Adlib entertained the mall goers during the three-day fair.
Pink Plate is one of the events lined-up for this October in celebration of the Think Pink month which promotes breast cancer awareness.
