OJ Hofer's feat

Cebu-based designer Oj Hofer presented his Summer 2012 collection last October 6 at the Shangri-la Hotel Makati.  Oj’s signature street look was applauded by the well-heeled audience.  The whole collection made a glamorous turnaround from Oj’s Holiday 2011 collection.  German designer Miranda Konstandinidou provided the accessories to lift up Oj’s casual chic pieces to a rock ‘n roll theme.  Cebuana shoe designer Monica Figueroa also wowed the fashionable set with her very pretty high fashion flat shoes that completed Oj’s ensemble.  Very prominent in the ramp was Frances Bean Cobain, daughter of Rock Star Kurt Cobain who was the perfect model for Oj’s summer-fresh assemblage. Very promising Manila designer Jerome Lorico also shared the stage with Oj.

Cebu’s well-dressed fashionistas were in full force for Oj.  They were fellow designer Jun Escario, Bernie Aboitiz,  Eva  Gullas, Joy Onglatco, Ann Hofer-Santos, Karla Kintanar-Fernandez, Pauline Hofer, Darla Villalon, Jean Fernando, SGV’s Tonette Tiongco, Jojo and Roni Borja.  Metro Manila’s fashion authorities included: “Prince of Fashion” Inno Sotto, Christian Espiritu, celebrity make-up artist Patrick Rosas with muse Gretchen Baretto. Also spotted were: Sen. Manny Villar with daughter Camille, Carlyn Salud and Sandie Poblador, to name a few.
