CEBU, Philippines - Breast Cancer Awareness month or dubbed as the PINK month primarily aims to promote public consciousness and gain support from every individual to help those who are afflicted. In the Philippines, I Can Serve Foundation of Cebu, has initiated such motivational campaign.
