CEBU, Philippines - Spreads, Breads.   Pan de Manila, the neighborhood bakery chain that brought back the traditional way of baking bread, is now at The Persimmon Plus. The shop has a wide variety of baked goodies and spreads and hot beverages served in a distinctly charming environment. The Persimmon Plus is the commercial center of The Persimmon, Cebu’s first urban village, located along M. J. Cuenco Avenue in Mabolo.
