CEBU, Philippines - Rupert Jacinto's Faaabulous II, a dream of a photo exhibit and a dramatic launch of the most-desired coffee table book, was fabulously fabulous!

In an artistic set up masterfully executed by event planner, Jun Jun Ablaza and displayed at The Gallery of The Peninsula Manila, a hundred mural sized striking portraits showcased accomplished personalities and iconic celebrities of strength and substance. They were awesomely taken by the country's sterling artist photographer, whose ability to put elaborate arts into magnificent pictures has always been his signature style and that night was no exception.

The exhibition included regal portraits of Spain's Royalty which included HRH the Duchess of Calabria, the Marquesa de Valdeolmos, the Marquesa de Campo Real, the Marquesa de Tamarit and other aristocrats. The ace photographer purposely visited Madrid to photograph these subjects for this particular affair.

Rupert Jacinto likewise takes pride in photographing our own elite such as celebrated painter Betsy Westendorp and philanthropist Honorary Consul Mellie Ablaza, to name a few.

The well attended event was sponsored by the Peninsula Manila, Air France and KLM and presented in partnership with the Advertising Foundation of the Philippines in support of the Love-A-Parish program of the Sto. Niño de Paz ably, headed by chaplain Fr. Jun Sescon who grants assistance to some needy churches across the country. (FREEMAN)
