"We want our products to speak for themselves," says Michelle with a smile, when asked about the bakery's success despite its minimal advertising and intentional secluded location.

Michelle also adds that quality was on the top of her mind when she created these dishes. The smart businesswoman that she is, she knows that people assume healthy food meant not appetizing at all. She makes the point of proving that wrong.
